The instrument cluster may reset, freeze, or go blank. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Control and Displays," and FMVSS number 122, "Motorcycle Brake Systems."
