PROCON SP is the consumer protection agency of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It manages the official vehicle recall registry for the country, aggregating data from all brands operating in the Brazilian market. Manufacturers are legally required to register every recall campaign under the Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
