Defect Description
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024 Cougar, 2025-2026 Alpine, 2026 Montana, and Walkabout recreational trailers. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.
Consequence / Hazard
Loose shock bolts may cause a loss of vehicle stability, increasing the risk of a crash.
Proposed Solution
Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 1, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-483.
